We hope this message finds you well. As we continue to grow and enhance our platform, we kindly request all members to take a few moments to update their profiles on the YWP community platform.

By keeping your profile information up-to-date, you help us maintain an accurate and professional network, ensuring better collaboration and tailored opportunities for you in the water and sanitation sector.

To update your profile:

1. Log in to your account at connect.ywp.or.ke.
2. Navigate to the Profile section and review your personal and professional details.
3. Navigate to the Edit Tab.
4. Make any necessary updates and click Save to confirm your changes.

Please complete your updates to ensure you stay connected with the latest opportunities and communications from YWP.

We are also excited to inform you of the following updates to enhance your experience on the YWP community platform:

1. Certificate Downloads:
   Members will be able to download their certificates directly from the platform starting on 10th October 2024. This feature will allow you to easily access your certificates for completed events, trainings, and other engagements.

2. Group Feature:
   By December 2024, we will introduce a group feature, allowing members to create and participate in professional interest groups, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among like-minded professionals.

3. iOS and Android App:
   We are progressively developing a mobile app for both iOS and Android devices. Stay tuned for updates on this exciting initiative that will make staying connected even easier!

Additionally, members are encouraged to use the platform’s story publishing feature. You can publish stories that are truthful, relevant, and factual, and your stories will be visible to both members and non-members. This is a great way to share your experiences, insights, and contributions to the water and sanitation sector.
